Our Mission
We offer a wide range of programs to meet the diverse needs of our families, including parent child education, mental health awareness, re-entry services resources and support. Our programmes are designed to provide the support and resources necessary for our parents to gain the confidence and support they need to achieve their ultimate goals while on the inside and beyond.

Providing Mental Health Services, Support, Resources and Advocacy for Impacted Children and Families
Life Coaching 4 Kids Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of children who have experienced parental incarceration and other unexpected traumas.
Our Core Initiatives
We believe that every child has the capacity to grow, change and heal. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore their strengths and challenges, and develop the skills they need to heal from trauma.
We provide access to underserved students through field trips with meaningful, calming therapeutic experiences that enhance their academic, imaginative potential and mental health awareness through hands-on, experiential learning.
Our Core Program provides scholarship opportunities for low-income, underserved communities, including Arizona’s Title 1 school classrooms, to experience a unique, Mental Health Awareness Day immersed in education and FUN!
We take a collaborative and strengths-based approach to ENRICH the lives of students. We provide evidence-based programs and certifications to students to assist them with learning how to help their friends and peers manage their mental health. We then celebrate them as they become Mental Health Warriors for their school.
We INSPIRE others to foster a community of CARE through outreach programs and opportunities that extend our ability to educate, serve and collaborate with others.
Education Programs
Research shows that education is a major factor in the incarcerated person’s successful rehabilitation and re-entry into society. Studies conducted for the U.S. Department of Justice found that, “prisoners who merely participated in postsecondary education while in prison were 46% less likely to recidivate than members of the general prison population.” As a result, Life Coaching 4 Kids Foundation designs, facilitates and supports parents receiving programs in higher education.
Life Coaching 4 Kids Foundation offers educational parenting The long-term goals are to prevent recidivism in families receiving social services, reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency and substance abuse, and stop the intergenerational cycle of incarceration by teaching positive parenting behaviors.
We have learned that one of the keys to creating a great curriculum is engaging in great evaluations of materials and processes. Life Coaching 4 Kids Foundation uses advanced multiple-choice exams, pre and post assessments to measure outcomes which allow us to analyze behaviors in real time and ensure our assessments are accurate. Clients also complete extensive reading comprehension assignments and reflective essays that demonstrate how knowledge is changing them. Parents are required to submit homework by due dates and pass a comprehension test before enrolling in additional parenting curriculums.
Our cultural competency programs combine the study of child psychology, child and human development and healthy parenting techniques. Parents get material based on their child’s age group (0-5, 6-12, 13-17+).
Our family-centered trauma-informed programs Nurture self-awareness, encourage self-discovery, build confidence in parenting, and provide a high level of transformation through healthy choices that make the re-unification process seamless.

LC4K Foundation started with a desire to help children in the foster care industry and then shortly after evolved into helping children and families who have been impacted by many different unforeseen circumstances.
